Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
Any bookings made during special events (i.e. Houston Rodeo, major sporting events, concerts, prom/homecoming events) may be subject to higher rates. No Smoking or Eating. There is a minimum fee of $100 for each interior burn/damage/ extra cleaning. Company is not liable for, including but not limited to; articles left in the limousine, mechanical breakdowns previous to or during your event, unforeseen major traffic conditions; perils of navigation, accidents, or other upsets and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date and time. We cannot promise any particular color, year, make, or model of vehicle and for business reasons reserve the right to upgrade vehicles (at no additional charge) or use sub-contractors at any time. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond stated seating capacity. Should any part of this Agreement be rendered or declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such part or portion of this Agreement should not invalidate the remaining portions thereof, and they shall remain in full force and effect.
Cancellation Policy – Houston / Austin
Terms & Conditions/Reservation Agreement -Confirmation: Please review the following reservation details carefully for any errors. If an error is found, please contact us at 713.591.4444 or 512.815.3510 so that we can correct the data and send a new confirmation. At the pickup, If the passenger is unable to locate his/her driver, then he/she should call 713.591.4444 to reach our 24/7 dispatch operators.
Trips with no deposits will be automatically cancelled 12 hours from the booking. The remaining balance of charges will be charged within the 7 days prior to the service.
Cancellation: All cancelations must occur 30 days prior to the trip. Upon cancellation any deposit remitted to New Star Transportation ,Inc. will not be refundable.
Cancellation of sedans within 7 days of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% gratuity.
• A ‘no show’ fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% gratuity plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.Cancellation: All cancellations must occur 30 days prior to the trip. Upon cancellation any deposit remitted to New Star Transportation ,Inc. will not be refundable.
